Sorry I can't speak any spanish either. This was the main problem anyway with the Service CAIXA that they did not even give a confirmation in English. My Collaegue was so friendly and wrote a message together with me that I would like to have a refund, as we can't change our dates. I will let you know what the reply will be.
I'm really tempted to claim they "just" found some tickets left in a basket. But that wouldn't be fair. No way. So that was just a stupid remark. So I offer two very serious explanations : 1. They just sell the tickets the same way the Germans are doing. Most of the time no FOS-tickets. A few times lots of FOS-tickets. 2. OR: People have begun returning tickets ??
'returning' tickets, isn't actually an option, for us poor suckers, who were due to see The Stones on May 27. All overseas ticket purchasers, were due to pick them up, from the box office, on the day of the show.
Any information on refunds (when known) would be much appreciated.
Who says that our credidt card will be charged with the ticket prices without picking up them? Servicaixa said that the tickets have to be paid with the same cc in Barcelona with which the reservation was made. But if we don't will be there we can't pick them up. In my case I don't pay the tix in anyway!
If you have reserved/bought tickets via internet you have already paid them. Maybe you should check your reservation or your credit card invoices. The question isn´t wether you pay the tix but wether you get a refund or not.
My cc wasn'charged definitely! The reservatin says that the ticket is to be pick up and to be paid at the sales offive in barcelona, 'cause the cc isn't a spanish one and couldn't be verify by them. So I've no problems with this...

First of all that's strange for me as well. They said that the same cc you used when you bought/reserved the tickets must be used when picking up. But that was because they wanted your cc as a kind of id. I have been charged as well.
....but perhaps they will charge them later, when they remarke that it was forgotten??? Don't hope so? Is tere any official statement from servicaixa or rs.com concerning the refund?
My cc was charged as well in December... and of course no tickets in hands. Any info on refunding is welcome. We decided to go to Barcelona anyway for the long weekend at the end of May. It supposed to be a nice city, right? I will go to an office there to inquire.
I'm from Italy and my credit card was charged too. I'll go in any case in Barcellona on that week-end. I am afraid I'll spend my week-end inside the local Servicaixa offices to obtain the refund? Any other solutions?
i was charged a couple of days after the tickets were purchased, last December. Hopefully refund info will be available, once a rescheduled date is announced.
Could a Spanish-speaking person, please translate, and postt refund info, when it becomes available???- many thanks.
I have decided to do a cultural trip to Mardrid on my non changeable tickets. I am hoping to visit the brain museum. I WILL also visit servio ciaxa offices and report back here what response i get, as i too was charged at the time of purchase.
