What happend to the Stones Mobile?
It would be quite an oldtimer, some 35 years I believe -
not to mention the recording equipment, lol

That's a really good question. I haven't thought about that in years.

Last I ever heard of it was about 20 yrs ago, Bill Wyman had it and was using for up and coming bands in the UK but never came to anything as far as I am aware...

Last time I heard about it was that Dire Straits' used for their live album in 84. But now?

Hmm.. I think it's in one of them London warehouses where they keep all the old recording stuff.

Great to find it and then to find a couple of hundred tapes from 71 -72 stuffed behind the control panel waiting to be played for the 1st time in 35 years! The Great lost Stones tapes....
