All 4 articles mentioned above are quoting The Sun. They refer to The Sun as their source for the story.

Nothing new, Miss Sssoul.

there's the sun, the moon and the Rolling Stones

hope they're proved to be wrong and get sued
they are the only source so far.

But The Sun's version isn't THAT pesimistic after all... They say that " he should make a full recovery once it’s done.” (ie. the drain) and that " he is expected to be fully fit in time for the European leg of the tour which kicks off in Barcelona on May 27." So I think this is just a rutine operation and he'll be fine.

The Rolling Stones have not made an official announcement as to the cause of Richards's mishap but say that the European leg of the band's world tour would begin, as scheduled, on May 27 in Barcelona.

A friend called me from San Diego and told me there's a story floating around on the radio down there that Jagger's going to have a secret meeting with Jeff Beck this week....anybody hear anything on this?

That's not a very good fit IMO. Are you just stirring up trouble MB?

I believe he's trying to tell Beck to stay out of coconut trees. Least - that's what I heard....

Stirring Up Trouble? Naw man, this guy knows I'm a Stones fan and he heard something on the radio at work so he called me...What does meeting Jeff Beck mean? F*ck if I know....maybe have 3 guitarists on stage if Keith isn't up to it 100% (but why not call someone from the Jagger solo tours?) That's what the dude told me and he said that's all he heard so make of it what you will - he's a pretty straight shooter but I didn't hear it, he said he did....IMO, the fact that the Stones camp is not talking and that there aren't any shots of Keith leaving a hospital, etc are bad signs. Living in LA / Hollywood I've found through out the years that the more secret they are about a celebrity the more reason there is to be - IOW, they are USUALLY hiding something on the serious side...If Keith was all fine and dandy the Stones camp would be more than happy to show you some new pics of him......

Man fall down from a tree and suffered a concussion. Even if medicaly he is OK, he doesn't probably look good and he's not probably in fine shapes. You also wouldn't like to be photographed and you also wouldn't like press to show your pictures after such an accident. Remember the had security around him and for crying in the dust, if he left the hospital, it's obvious it's much better for him to leave it without people around him screaming etc. He needs silence and peace now, not photos & videocameras.

That is correct. He may not have a hair on his head and he surly can't feel great. Doesn't want to answer a lot of stupid questions. The next shows are 3 weeks away. He will either do his talking on stage or shows will start being cancled very soon. Then you will know.
