I downloaded this song sometime in the last few months.
It's a really cool song.
Can someone tell me from which sessions this came out of?
Sounds like it might be Voodoo Lounge but the harp reminds me of Some Girls.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Baffles the hell out of me that Honest man and Zip Mouth Angel have never been released. Two of the better songs from the VL sessions.

Honest Man kicks ass. It deserved to be on Voodoo Lounge. I think it's better than Mean Disposition and Baby Breake It Down. It's a shame they never even released it on a soundtrack or something like that.

I got the Voodoo Brew and Voodoo Residue.
Never found the Voodoo Stew.
Would someone have Honest Man by Yousendit, by any chance, maybe, perhaps??

If it wasn't for those bootlegers, then I could afford seeing the Stones live!!
-that was a good sentence!
- Thanks.

Voodoo should have been a double--they had a lot of good material goin'. Weave in some of those Keith finger picked cover songs and we're talkin' Exile II.

i wouldn't have made a 2cd out of VL - but based on the plethora of material they were working with it could have been a far better album than it was. unfortunately, they played it safe (what else is new?)....I actually think the title of the album captured the spirit associated of much of the material heard on the outtakes, but certainly not on the finished product. another missed opportunity....

Some decisions boggle the mind. Such as Zip Mouth and Honest Man. But yesterday I was listening to ABB and I also for the life can not understand why the chose to omit "Under the Radar".

"...no longer shall you trudge 'cross my peaceful mind."
