We were four friends in Globen, Stockholm 2003. Street fighting man, Keith rushing out 10 meters in front of me, had been in the bar for a couple of hours. We jumped on our feet and screamed our lungs out!

Then someone tapped me on my shoulder, I turned around to find this lady sitting there with big yellow earplugs, telling me to sit down! Then I screamed: It`s the Stones! She just nodded and told me once again to sit down.

I decided to forget her before she ruined my show. Don`t know what she did for the rest of the consert, but we were standing most of it!

She was in the front section and expected people to sit down??! What a moron. I'm glad you held your ground. I go to a lot of shows and since I'm not very tall, I usually end up staring at a lot of backs, but I would never tell people to sit at a concert.

CindyC, if you where standing in back of me I would ask you to sit om my shoulders.

I`m not very tall myself. Thats why I have started to buy seated tickets. But yes, it was quite insane. Got seated tickets for Gothenburg. Me and my wife this time, and we get up when we want!

Things changed C!!!I used to return home Black and blue from a Stones gig!!! Well,had lots of exiting things happening after that Snake -pit thing did begin!!!Example letting to many people into the right zone and the left zone almost empty!!!Im glad the Fans over hre are of all ages!!!If we go to the Stones We party and aint gonna be soft spoken!!And Mick+ nKeith Like that!!You are a fuc-ing great audience DH!!!He does not say that everynight!!We made noise!!!You will hear my tapes N!!

Lots of stories to tell!!!good one Rock!!!Funny thing is that when I was 15 years I was a Headbanger loving and being a hard core fan of the stones!!Being used to those Punk and Heavy metal shows I went to ,screaming my lungs out!!The thing to do!!!So my first stones show ...I went alone ..Without friends and...yeah for me ...the start wos kind of strange!!!I was so fuc-ing Glad and Happy...I howled!(sic) of course later(during Miss U) I saw every body getdown!!I was knocked out during the first tune (Under My Thumb).Was so happy the crowd was wilder on friday and Sat!!!(1982 Rotterdam Holland).

whatever, it sounds good to me. I wasnt concious of sound mixing when I was listening. it sounded real. do you think they actually recorded one person screaming and then replicated it over and over again to make it sounds like a bunch of people? which rases another question i have about live albums. by mixing the sound of the instruments, vocals, crowd ect, do they create something that doesn't really ever exist?
