Satanic Majesties Request

The latest Q magazine has a great feature about the making of the sleeve for this album.
It states that the original with Holographic Cover is worth over £200.....
Is it really that rare?
Cause I own a copy and it cost me £2 at a car boot sales ten years ago.....

No, it's not rare. But in the US, a mint mono copy might be worth more than £200

If one was bought for £2 and it is original the person who sold it to you made a mistake. Current prices in mint condition £100.

But if you ever see it in padded silk sleeve you are really lucky.
Mint current price £1000+

And it all appears to me: now I got it why all ya dudes keep
chasin' stuff to yer collections all the time.
...I knew some of my oldest Donald Duck-magazines have a
decent value...

Much snow, spring days past weekend, now clods, tomorrow snow.
I say... Spring in three weeks. Kids ready top switch downhill
skiing to biking. Reckon whole Europe North of the Alpes is
like deepfrozen. Peculiar global warmin effects this winter...
I enjoy bare roads though & will soon go order some new summer tyres.
