I also agree it will never happen while the band is still a going concern.

The release of "Rarities" makes me wonder. I fully understand the differences between a "released" rarity and an outtake from a boot, but the way that "Rarities" was put together with such apparent indifference makes me
wonder whether Mick (and let's face it--it will be his call more likely then not)
has the gumption to go through old tapes, edit them etc.....

Especially since I have read comments from the band about how widely distributed some of the studio outtakes are.
