The first 4 discs of the 10 disc Dead boxset "Live at Fillmore West 2-27-3-3 1969" and then the SACD version of "Get yer ya-ya's out".

If any of you haven't picked up the SACD "Ya-Ya's", you are MISSING something totally. Don't walk but run to get it! It blows even the Japanese record away imho. Keith's background vocals are much more present in this SACD mix!!!

I've got one of those usb equiped carsets in which you can plug your mp3 loaded datastick.

At the moment Keith Richards is doing Learning The Game all the time, which I ripped of the BB dvd immediately after watching it the the first time about 5 weeks ago. It actually got me to add some Buddy Holly songs to the set.

I spend way too much time in the car these days. No complaining neighbours...

Tinsley used to be in a band called the Heartfixers...they had a great album out on Alligator label years ago - had a classic album cover:

Yeah Lukester,good old Elmo gave me the heads up about Tinsley coming this way. Never heard of him before. But man he kicked some ass. And yes he looks every bit the road warrior. He did two shows in SF last night then said he was heading up to Portland to play tonight.................Good selection on Derrek & the Dominoes.

Well I suggest you drive back to North Carolina,find Lukester's mountain hideout and kick his ass until he gives you your CD..........Or just steal his car and listen to Derek & The Dominoes.

ok well this is indeed a strange coincidence because somebody STOLE my Derek & the Dominoes cd, and it appears Luke has a copy to spare.

It's strange indeed, 'cos I got myself an extra Derek & the Dominoes CD last year in England - and I just traded it to Lukester for a jar of moonshine

.....huh?....was that Cindy's CD?.......I just mailed it to the buttoned lip lady just to shut her up.....and actually I am going to mail her a DVD or two if I can ever find someone with a DVD burner.....dang it...

Slot 1 - Rolling Stones Mix (23 tracks from their early days with no warhorses).

Slot 2 - AC/DC live CD version of video "Let there be rock"recorded in Paris just weeks before Bon's death.

Slot 3 - Ray Davies - "Other people's lives". In my opinion, the best CD of new material to come from any clasic rock artist over the past 10 years.

Slot 4 - The Blues Zone Band "Hot to Trot" my band's fantastic debut CD.

Slot 5 - Led Zeppelin "How the west was won" CD#3

Slot 6 - the Who "Live at Leeds - special edition" CD#1

In a couple days, a few of these will be different.

My in-car system hasn't worked since some of the Thames got into the wiring last winter (moral: don't park too close to a tidal river!)
