Well, Dieter Hoffmann, is a very famous Stones-expert, and he has written "Schwarzbuch" (in English "Blackbook"), and he makes a fanzine "Basement News". In Basement News #4, is a list of all shows on the 81-tour, which songs they played, which bootlegs they are available on, etc.
This gig at River Boat (President) is also listed, but the setlist is unknown.
This means that there is no tape existing from the show. For instance San Antonio 1975 or Bristol 1971, is also "unknown setlist".

Has it listed Dec 4th 1981 as a party on a riverboat on thier way to New Orleans. No mention of any setlist or gig being played.

There was a tragic incident though a small fishing boat crashed into the riverboat there was one Soul Survivor apparently the driver of the small craft was doing a Jigsaw puzzle and lost control.

The riverboat went under his thumb, but later he said it was just his imagination.
