i agree..bill has said a million times that he is happy about not being a rolling stone anymore.. and if he did want to rejoin i think he give a call to charlie watts and go right to them 1st not to steve wright....

Bill is 72 at the time for the next US Tour (2008). He is in great shape for his ago, but I doubt if you can make 120 shows over a year. My grandmother can't.

So forget it! Maybe he plays on two or three songs in Wembley this year.

Come on, that's bullshit. Have you ever seen BB King, man? He's fatter than an elephant, and I doubt he does the marathon. He's been doing hundreds of shows a year and I saw him last year, he was 79 at the time, and there was LOADS of energy. So that's CRAP!

He can sit in a wheel chair - or maybe a bunch of teenage girls can keep him on his feet / give him some energy.....

I would like to believe this, but who knows.

As long as he is physically able--I hope he goes for it.

Actually, I would rather hear him on a record, but either would be cool.

It runs counter to EVERY comment he has uttered since '93.
I mean, his comments criticizing the band started to make him sound
kind of bitter.
It might require a bit more humility then he is willing to concede

It would be great to have Bill back to the European leg of the tour, for example, but sadly it is not going to happen.

They never really got to properly close off Bill's chapter so I'd like for him to do one more tour with them.

But it's so sad for Darryl.. he has so much fun and is so honored to play with the Stones it's sad he'd have to make room for the old king...

Would be great to see Bill with them again but I don't think this will happen he did'nt even make a guest apperance with them during the Licks tour when he said he would have liked to so I doubt he has any interest in doing a tour with them. Plus he does not like to fly anymore.

I think that would never happen...I think Bill was always a thorn in the side for the Glimmer Twins...for Mick...it was Bill always bitching about money and for Keith it was personality issues.

I think they are quite happy touring without Bill.

Do you really have to think about how happy they are touring without him? - count the amount of shows and tours they have sone since his departure?
They have done more work, more shows, more tours, and made more money than ever!

Neither Bill Wyman or Mick Taylor are ever coming back to the band. Not even for one show, not even for one song. Why would Mick and Keith ever allow this? It would just cause a bunch of people to go on and on about how Bill is so much better than Darryl, Mick Taylor is so much better than Ron Wood, now maybe they'll do more appearances or rejoin, blah blah blah. It will never, ever happen.
