I like your taste in music, NICOS. Remember last week when we picked the same 5 songs influenced by Brian? I guess it will take more than an ocean and different languages to separate our musical tastes.

Nope, I guess that's where we differ my friend. I prefer my women to be missing important teeth, balding on top, foul smelling, and ideally with some kind of horrible skin disease. But hey, who doesn't?

Yeah right, I doubt you are missing important teeth.

(do you think you can stretch out your headphone so far we can wear it both)

I'm not going to declare a 10 "best", but if I had to hastily grab 10 selections to take to that proverbial "desert island", I would shoot for a combination of quantity and quality. My list would look something like this...

Exile
White Album
Dylan's Bootleg Series vol. 1-3
Grateful Dead Movie Soundtrack Box
Blonde On Blonde
The Who - Live at Leeds (expanded)
Allman Brothers – Live at Fillmore East (expanded)
Layla & Other Assorted Love Songs
Kind Of Blue
Beatles Anthology 2.

Yeah, I know, that wasn't one of my best, but it's 4:30 and I still haven't eaten lunch yet, so I'm not at the top of my game.

As for the headphones, definitely, that's the best way to listen to Bowie, nice and loud. I had such a hard time picking the Bowie albums though. I came really close to picking Bowie at the Beeb, because I love that version of Starman, and Let Me Sleep Beside You is Great as well. Additionally, neither of
the two albums I picked had Panic in Detroit, which is my all time favorite.

Doing these lists is always a bit like Sophie's Choice.

Yeah! Especially so you can hear that great b/u singer belting it out with the bongo drums. It's so primal. It drives me crazy!

I would love it if the Stones could work with that lady on a few songs. Lisa's is great, but this woman has a "merry clayton" quality that I just don't feel Lisa achieves. I guess I would say she needs to sound more manic. I can't seem to express what I'm trying to say.
