Yeah, I love that movie too...but I think you missed what it was about...or maybe I did...I don't remember it being about a musician. Bogey was great, but I doubt anyone can convince me there has been a better actor than Hoffman...even though he isn't my favorite.

Actually, I really liked Kevin Spacey as Bobby Darin in "Beyond the Sea". Kevin did his own vocals, too.

Ray was / is much more intense....loved the part where he ad libed the new song at the end of the gig..hayyyyyyyyy whoa..........hay...........whoa............make me feel alright....
