I still don't understand why they only play twice in Buenos Aires. They could easily fill the stadium a couple of times more and everyone would be satisfied.

It seems that although the stadium opened earlier than last time, there have been more riots and robbery. The Argentinan internet tv broadcasted images of charging police. There is a delay indeed it seems.
