Saitama Tickets

I can't believe my luck. I'm gonna be in Tokyo when the Stones play Saitama. How do I get tickets? If I press the link on rollingdtones.com it goes to the Japoanese website of the promoters. I don't speak a word of Japanese and have no way of buying a tickets from here.

Advice please..... anyone!!
