Just read by chance looking at Who section of pete townshends website that Who are playing a park in Glasgow and 2 gigs in Liverpool.Lets hope they come down to London!!!!!!

I've heard that the Liverpool shows are 'the only ones in the North'. Can this be true? Its only about 4,000 people isn't it?I can't be off work at 9:00 on a friday morning so I'm going to have to find a ticket another way...

I'm glad to hear they're touring again. Some say it's not The Who without John and Keith, but let's face it, Pete and Roger have always been the two most important members. And considering John and Keith are dead, it's either this or nothing. Zak Starkey is a pretty amazing drummer and plays alot like Moon - I think Moon would be proud.

I'm just glad I got to see Entwistle before he died. '97 in Indy was a good show, but '00 in Detroit was one of the best rock shows I've ever seen. I'm looking forward to seeing them in the U.S. next year.

I agreed with ohnonotyouagain. I'm glad The Who are going to tour. Hopeful, a new CD will happen. Never much cared for the last LP they released; "It's Hard."Saw them twice with Moon, once with Kenney jones, and when they did the "Tommy" tour back in '89. The Who along with the Stones have always been two my favorite groups. Just wish the joint tour they talked about during the early '70s had come to fruition. Now Page and Plant........hint, hint

Well said kienan.. I saw Moon once too, Greensboro, NC 1975. I saw Kenny Jones twice and the Tommy thing in 1989. Some of my fondest rock and roll experiences have been fueled by the Who, among other things. That Plant/ Page suggestion is one I mumble often.

They're bound to play a couple of warm-up shows in London in May/June.
