What are your 2 favorite tracks on Wandering Spirit? MEZ

all of them are perfect, but if i had to pick 2 right now they would be the title track and wired all night.

just happened to listen to this album the other night and you know...not a weak track on it. blows abb away, imo....

best STONES album since EXILE.

I think "Out of Focus" is awesome. The only week tracks are 'put me in the trash' and 'use me', it just lacks something.

Sweet Thing sounds more modern today than back in 1993. Extremely cool song. And one of the few post 81 Stones/Jagger songs that is still played on the Swedish radio.

Damn shame the songs weren't available for the Stones instead of a solo effort. Top stuff...

great record, by far Mick´s best effort! and Sweet thing was the last "Stones" song played pretty often in Austrian radio stations!

Sweet Thing is a great song. It's a disco-type of song like Miss You, with real instruments. It sounds more natural than Rain Fall Down, which is cool too, but that extra bassbeat is not really Stones in my opinion.

I rather listen to Goddess than to this one.
Anyway, best two for me - Sweet Thing, still sounds pretty modern, great track. And Don't Tear Me Up, wonderful song, great songwriting... "feels like I'm driving down a dead end streeet, I've come so far I wanna crash the car, I wanna land right on my feet..."
Mostly very decent songs.

I must say that Sweet Thing was a brilliant single choice for Wandering Spirit too.

There is no weak track on WS but if I have to choose one I'd take Use Me though this song is better than most of ABB. WS is an awesome album!! A true classic and completely underrated.

One of the best records of the 90's. Just fantastic! THE track that stands out is Wired All Night, but listed to the live redemption of Sweet Thing @Webster Hall: it smokes like hell!

Out of Focus...what great, uplifting music behind sometimes true and depressing lyrics...A+ for that musical juxtaposition.

i am pretty suprised that you prefer Goddess to WS! why? what are your favourite songs on Goddess? (i personally was pretty disappointed by Goddess - the only song which are decent for me are "god gave me everything", gun, too far gone and maybe hide away)

Rock solid disc. I resent it in some ways because Mick did not save these songs for the Stones.
