And now a quesrion about football game

For sure that ball that they repeated 10 times was still in the field and NOT over the line as it supposed to be (I guess).
Altough I'm not an expert I'm not blind.

Was he In or OUT ?

Nico

Stevie Wonder could even see that the Seahawks got screwed...

Only thing I can think of is that in order to overturn a ruling on the field after a challenge it has to be unrefutable evidence. And maybe they just didn't think it was totally clear. I thouight for sure they would take the TD back. No way Big Ben was in.

the ball only needs to touch the beginning of that white line...very close call, but likely he wasn't in...several calls have gone against the Seahawks, and they're still in it.....11 points in 9 minutes is quite possible.

As they say football is a game of inches. But how far you're in doesn't matter if the officials say you're in. Six points baby.

he was over the white line...on the replay you can see that he crossed the plane of that line while in the air, then they pushed him back

Leonard's right. The slo-mo replay clearly had the nose over the line. TD. I did feel bad for the poor sideline ref who was faced with making the call in real-time, though. He hesitated - must have thot to himself, "thanks for putting me on the spot, guys!"

Steelhawks had an unlucky game. They were so close to winning. But a few calls against them(nothing personal, mind you) cost them the Superbowl.=

They also made some big mistakes such as dropping the ball a few times.

You're right. I'm not saying they couldn't help losing. But there was that touchdown by Jackson, it was good. No foul. There were more situations like that. But the Steelers deserve it...

good point........maybe they can also call it a "touch-up"........but it is a score if you cross the line in the air or the ground

If any part of the ball breaks the plane of the beginning of the end line [before the players knee or any other part of the body except the hand touches the ground] it is a touchdown. I watched the game with five other people. I was the only one of the five who thought it was a touchdown. It is important to remember that if the camera lense was not exactly positioned going down the edge of the end line the angle of the camera would make it impossible to tell where the ball really was. If the camera was an inch tothe right the ball would like it crossed the line even if it didn't. It was so close that the referee was correct to rule the tape was inconclusive, and the rule is that the call on the field must stand.

The Seahawks should have been awarded a touchdown earlier when they called offensive pass interference. That little push had no impact on the play and should not have been called. The offensive player clearly had beaten the defender and would have caught the ball whether he stuck his hand out to touch the opponent or not. This was another close call that could have gone either way.
