Upgrading Tickets

Has anyone ever had any luck getting their tickets upgraded?I have loge seats for the 15th & now better seats for the same price have become available but,I can't get anywhere with TM.

i think i read on an earlier thread that you have to wait until the day of and go to the ticketmaster window at the venue and try to upgrade. i'm gonna try in chicago on the 23rd.

You can be lucky in the arena. I went to the Wachovia Philly shows and people were upgraded from the behind the stage seats to floor seats worth $450. I suppose it depends how well the floor seats have sold. I was upgraded the first night from the last row of the floor to around the 15th row, worth $450, because they misjudged the size of the stage and they couldn't fit the last row in.
