I got the Berlin FOS tickets today by DHL that I ordered on the 30th December
very impressive service (they actually tried to delivere them yesterday but I wasnt at home)
Especially when you compare the standard to that of the buffoons at ticketmaster UK who cant promise they'll send anything out until maybe as late as 10 days before the show, which will be 8 and a half MONTHS after they were ordered and who managed to balls up completely the arrangements for the Astoria show in 2003 with such a policy, which saw them send the pick-up letter out AFTER many fans from overseas had flown to London to see the Twickenham show a few days before the Astoria one (the concept of fans travelling to more than one show is beyond their comprehension)
Typical British efficiency.
