Side note:
From the mid '80's to the mid '90's there was a biker bar band that played in Portland, Oregon called The Batz. These guys were a lot of fun but in no way a big deal, just a very humble rock band made up of guys in their 40's that would play Wednesday nights at low end taverns.
They played virtually the same classic rock set every time I saw them: A couple of originals, Magic Carpet Ride, Johnny B. Good, etc. Brand New Cadillac was as "alternative" as they ever got. One major surprise: Too Tough!
I am not at all sure they played Too Tough every time they played out but they sure did every time me and my buddies caught their show. We would get beered up and yell Too Tough! The singer would then say, "Hey, the tough guys are here" and then play it. I grew to prefer their version to the Stones because the guitar player, Paul Woodsong, would generally let rip a smokin' solo for our benefit.
We questioned them at length on how they picked this very obscure track out of all Stones songs to cover. They couldn't remember (I believed them, their was some brain-cell depletion evident here).
By the way, I am an Undecover fan too. What do you suppose the band has against She Was Hot? I always felt this song would come to life on the stage.
