Yes, in the 60s everything happened on stage, I was referring to the real tours as we know them today, and which I believe started around 69/70.
Even the photographer's aggression is irrelevant... he wasn't on a stage.
From what we know then it seems to me that although Mick never stays still on stage, he has never had accidents and it's really incredible.

One time, Mick thought that he had broken a button on his trousers. But I believe that's unconfirmed since the trousers did not fall down.

1966 in Marseille. A chair in the face during Satisfaction.

He was attacked in Switzerland 67 on stage. He was also pulled from stage a couple of times between 64-66.
