Yeah, my impression was that the crowd was really into it. Also 'hot' in the sense of very sweaty - the roof was closed and there wasn't much air in there! Lots of space in Pit B last night, luckily.

Looks like the pattern continues. Mess It Up and Midnight Rambler or Whole Wide World and Miss You. Must admit I didn’t love Mess It Up initially, but it was fantastic live in Atlanta. And Midnight Rambler is my favorite warhorse. Still high from the Atlanta show. What a superhuman band! Fantastic tour!

I wasn't sure during daylight, but when I looked up when it was dark there was a reflection so I assumed it was closed.

This put me to sleep. The speed versions were better and in the spirit of this "rebel" tunes. But Micks voice likes it slowed down an enunciated these days

Depends on how you’re using “hot”.

Nice occasional breeze from the open roof was very nice..
In terms of being an awesome crowd, filled to the rafters, that was into it, they did not disappoint.
Fantastic crowd. So great to see and be a part of.

100% agree. It's more than just the casual fans keeping the setlist rigid. I was really disappointed to get SFM as a VOTE song and am not giddy at the idea of it being a "TOUR DEBUT". It's been played every tour since the dawn of time. The band should have swapped LSTNT for SFM for the night and played ADLT or OOC for a tour debut or better yet Live By the Sword, Bite My Head Off, etc.

Weird, younger guy beside me said the same thing. I was able to get online no problem, my cell is with Koodo (Telus). I know they were having problems with the ticket master app. My cell has scratches on the screen protector so weren't able to scan so they told me to go to the box office. I actually got a ticket printed up for me! An older lady had her app open and her tickets weren't showing so a bit of a panic but they printed up tickets for her to!
Lady sitting next to me told me she saw the band in 64 at Isle of Wight! She said March 22, I went onto here and checked out Nico's site and sure enough, March 22! She said she lived there but then they moved a couple years later.

Traffic absolutely terrible coming into town. Picked up a friend in Chilliwack at 4pm and didn't get downtown til 630!

In the usual asking where the crowd is from, this time he asked anyone from Victoria? Calgary? Alberta? Toronto - which got a number of boos!

BC Place will host 7 games in the upcoming world cup. Turf will have to be installed for the matches and even though the stadium under went $500 million renovation in 2011, there are still upgrades that FIFA requires. Just yesterday, a new poll was released where 60% of locals don't think it's a good idea to host given the skyrocketing costs which have more than doubled from the original estimates.

It was a bit weird. I would imagine if he mentioned Edmonton the crowd would boo also, because of the Canucks/Oilers rivalry

For me all the best songs last night were the new ones. I just wasn’t expecting the crowd to react to a new song like they did with Sweet Sounds Of Heaven.

Bite My Head Off is going to sound great at some shows. The sound check sounded pretty tight.
