It is working. Must be a local issue.

Example:

Search
Search Authors:
bv
All dates
Search (click)

Current Page: 1 of 364
Results 1 - 30 of 10917

Maybe I didn't explain it, right...

Try this: Clicking on Posted by: schillid () on this post should bring up my User Profile page.

From my User Profile page, I click on "Show all posts" and I see the following. NOTICE THE GAP IN TIME ... years of posts not showing. Why?

Mine isn't doing that. No gaps in mine...

Did you forget that you were banned for 3 1/2 years? spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

When I look, all your posts are NOT in timeline order but they appear to all be there still just on later pages...weird.

There is nothing wrong with the IORR Forum search.

If you do a search like this:

Search
Search Authors:
schillid
All dates
Search (click)

Then you see this:

Current Page: 1 of 443
Results 1 - 30 of 13268

The first post from schillid was 17 years ago.
Then there are a total of 13,268 posts listed through the search.

A grand total of 13,459 posts from schillid are logged into the IORR database.
There is a difference of 192 posts between the search, and the database.
The difference is reflecting posts deleted by the IORR admin due to break of policy.

Also, when posting access is not available there is nothing posted.
There is nothing wrong with the IORR forum database.
If a post is deleted, it will not display.
If you have been banned from posting, then nothing will display from that time frame.

Hi Bjornulf
This is weird.
Try this...

1) Go to this thread: Some Kinda Stones Connections

2) Click on Posted by: Rockman

3) See Rockman's user profile... Then click on Show all posts

4) See this... NOTICE THE TIME GAP ON THE FIRST PAGE:

(Apologies to the esteemed Rockman)

For all kinds of IORR Forum Search I would advise to use the main Search, as found on the top ruler of every forum page:

Then change the search into whatever you like, by content, by user, by last 30 days, or any other time frame.

IORR is a free service. May be there is a glitch in one of the many shortcuts around in the forum software; it is more than 20 years old, even if it has been updated many times.

Like I said in my "Next Generation IORR" post, life is too short to spend time on patching up the IORR Forum. I am working on the Next Generation IORR project.
