Another untimely passing from the IORR community

Hi all
My uncle and life long stones fan 'William Byrne' Often just known as 'Will' from Bradford / Leeds - passed away last week at the age of 59.
I'm pretty sure he never commented on IORR but was a visitor since its beginning and was the man who introduced me to the forum back in the early 2000's when I was only 14 and I haven't left since.
He travelled with the stones extensively especially during the late 90s and early 2000's (licks tour) and I know made a number of stones friends over the years from Canada, America, France and beyond.
He was here for a good time, but sadly not a long time.
I don't know who is on here that may have been lucky enough to meet him, but I thought I would let you know.

Will was from my neck of the woods and the same age as me.I bumped into him several times at UK Stones shows and also at Stones tribute band gigs.Had a few chats.A down to earth chap and a passionate fan.RIP.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Stefan. Fifty-nine is such a young age to pass away. He will always be a part of Stones community. RIP.

So sorry to hear this god bless! My friend in Ireland Nina text me today she lost her father 65, he was a Stones/Eagles fan. His passing was due to hospital delaying his appointments. Very sad day indeed.

Condolences. I'm not liking these still young-ish deaths in the community. But, whatever one's age when it happens, I contend that Stones music adds at least a year or two to a fan's life. How could it not?
Which means my own muleheaded nephews down in North Carolina won't be getting that bonus. My best efforts couldn't swing them on board with the Stones and other great rock n roll. They were raised too rural Southern... not Elvis, not the Allmans... not even Skynyrd... could improve their tastes in music and get them excited about rock n roll.
