Silly questions, but what's the platinum sale? Is it a pre-sale for AmEx Platinum (in which case the presale code is the phone number) or is it something else...?

There are usually buses that run to and from Port Authority (which is located Midtown West).
You can also take the train there via PATH.

No. They pop up during regular sale.

im still 2000th in line...even tho no LDs yet, ill stick around to see the (ridiculous) prices.

if i can't score LDs on Friday, i'll wait it out and see what is out there come this spring.

Do we think they'll throw up a second "NYC" show at some point??

I preferred the days of lining up early in the AM to get a wrist band and then running into the store that had the TM counter to buy the tix!!

Artist presale works für pit for 550 + fees

Never works for me always states that tix are not available anymore and need to refresh the map, but still does not work

Me too. Travelling from UK to US for the first time and a great excuse to do so.

We go to MetLife frequently, mostly for football. We take the New Jersey Transit train (NJT) from NY Penn Station to Secaucus, NJ, which is the first stop. Most NJT trains stop there, but look at the board, which will say SEC. At Secaucus, go to the lower level of the station to board a train to Meadowlands. It is a shuttle that only runs on event days, and Meadowlands is the only stop. It lets off very close to the stadium, near the "Bud Light" gate. After the show, line up to snake through the maze of barricades, there are usually multiple trains. It's crowded, but pretty organized. Hugely better than Foxboro.

Both met life shows. When did they add a second??

They added it on Wednesday during the 1st presales.

Date was a no-brainer though.

Got my tickets for both shows on Wednesday. Out of curiosity, I took another look at the ticket prices on Ticketb*stard earlier and the prices for the 23rd were $1000+ but for 26th they were much more reasonable. Fair enough that most of the 23rd had sold out but it looked like a bit of dynamic pricing was taking place.

I feel there is something weird going on. I have been watching almost non stop since the sale began.

There were 0 pit tickets released, and very few tickets in general. I get dynamic pricing. But based on what I saw i would guess maybe 10-20% of the tickets are sold/in market. This is what I don't understand as I think you would need to momentum of the sale to sell 70-80% in the first days.

The lack of tickets for this gig is something really I don't understand.

I hear what you’re saying PaintMonkey, I too have been checking for Pit tickets without seeing any glimmer. I guess some will drop at some point and it is down to luck if online at the right time. Keep the faith!

I got exactly one Pit A for MetLife #1 on Wednesday. After that, nothing. I never looked at show #2 which apparently was easier to grab right after they added it during the first presale on Wednesday.
