Not if you buy with American Express, if you buy via rs.com it takes ages and the side is terrible slow

just after the presale started, it was inaccessible but later it worked - though no option initially for english. with the help of a translating program, it worked for me but it did take a long time to get the credit card approved. a much better site than the one for vienna presale tickets - its all relative!
