In Germany, there's a sweepstake by the Saturn/MediaMarkt electronics chain store for the RS 2024 US-Tour:
"This is your chance: experience THE ROLLING STONES live on their 'Hackney Diamonds' tour. Win 2 top PIT indoor tickets for the concert on 26.05.2024 at the MetLife Stadium - New Jersey in the USA. On top of that, we'll throw in a €5,000 travel voucher for flights, hotel and spending money. Take part in our prize draw now from 15 March to 2 April and, with a little luck, be the lucky winner on 3 April. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity - we're keeping our fingers crossed!"
[www.Saturn.de] , [www.MediaMarkt.de] - Terms & Conditions (in German) of this sweepstake (see in particular point 9).

It’s ticketsonsale.com a reliable reseller? They seem very informal.

Yes but I would use another company.
I have a hard time finding out who they are affiliated with as I have broadcast capability across a wide variety of exchanges but I never seen them as an option. I think they just re-list inventory from other sites and tack on even more.
Keep in mind across all resale sites they are 90% the same tickets connected via point of sale. I use Tickpick first, Vivid 2nd. Avoid Stubhub, they are total garbage and never really fully "came back" from lockdown.
Tickpick uses all in pricing with the fees baked in.
