Just got FV pit in LA! Yesterday and today’s presale have been so good to me, I feel like I’m dreaming!

The Vegas que is long and slow right now.

Tried adding regular price PIT A tix for LA2 about 40 times until it worked 20 minutes into the presale.

Holy $#&@! With over 3000 people ahead of me in the Vegas queue, I got early access pit today! I am over the moon with joy. These have been the best presales ever. I have face value pit tix, 3 with early entry, to all 4 concerts I wanted. I’m poor now, but I am ecstatic! I’ve never had good luck before during presales.

The tickets with early entry into the pit are the VIP Start Me Up Packages. That's not a face value pit ticket.

You guys are so fussy. Yes, there is an extra charge for the VIP package. So only one pure pit ticket at face value, you are technically correct. But I am still over the moon to have all 4 tickets already. No more ticket stress. And the early entry I wanted because I’m not tall and not fast. So that is worth the extra $ to me. Last tour, I was only able to get VIP pit and all I got from at extra money was a lanyard and a blanket and a booklet. Not worth it. This time, I am getting what I wanted/need. Peace.

Yes we are ticket pedants, but - seriously - I am happy you're thrilled and that you've got your tickets.

Did not succeed: always the same message ‘Sorry, something went wrong’.
When I try to get other tickets I get the same message.

Do I something wrong?

Glendale? You're doing it on Seatgeek, right? The official vendor. They make it so easy it's almost embarrassing.

Yes, I try it on Seatgeek (Again and again).

Ok. Sorry to hear. Something's definitely amiss. I'm a longtime user and just bought a pit ticket about 30 mins ago. My only suggestions would be to clean the cookies, and/or try again on a different device. Or download their app. And set up an account first.

We've purchased all VIP packages to get the seats we wanted, but live in New Zealand. Any idea how we get the goodies that go with the tickets? Do they normally send them out or are they collected at the show?

Not worried if we don't get them, but I guess if we've paid for them we may as well have them.

They send the swag by mail only and I believe the fine print says that US/Canada addresses only. I guess theoretically you could put in a friend's/hotel's address but then again there's no telling as to when exactly they're gonna mail that stuff.

That sounds like a cache/cookie issue, maybe try going incognito or with another browser?

face value for g a tickets$387..these would be trips cost of hotel gas food and for houston air fare ...my bitch is this isnt mark up a slight fee its me paying someone 600$ dollar more for the 3 shows....i will let you know if i hold my ground and walk away,,,,guess i can go to plays and opera s

Why are you faced with paying double? There will be plenty of normal priced tickets available in the general sale today, and some will be released in the coming months. They only release a small portion of tickets in the presales.

In Chrome, go into Manage your google account, security, Manage your devices and exit all the open sessions except the current one.

Realized even powered off devices show live session on Chrome and I have 4 or 5 laptops and tablet (I am tech industry/addicted). Yikes. Also you can try incognito window. Here is the Chrome fix screenshots - probably works same on Edge. I got suspended session on Edge too even though I was diligent about only having one window open and one account.

Did you just click on the Pit to have the early entry package come up or did you go to the filters and select it?

you cant do multiple windows right? You need to be logged on to search tickets?
