That was my 'concern', great for all the hardcore fans here, but word leaked out and scalpers started scooping up everything making it hard for all the other fans.

Sorry for all you guys who almost succeeded...not sorry for the scalpers.

No harm, no foul IMO. I bought but knew there was a chance that a "TEST" site wasn't going to be honored. It was still worth it to see the map and prices per section. Plus seeing the scalper prices made me cringe.

Just checked my axs account tickets gone credit card refunded..who says being a stones fan is easy.

it was fun to have a pit ticket for a moment lol, waiting for the cancel mail now..

I didn't even get an email or text I just checked account.

Chicago Pit was 613.47 us$ (575.03 Euro)

Around $610

I thought the same thing. The only way that made sense if it was a "warm up" on content for a future Sphere location. Although there was a message on here that doesn't look promising for a future London Sphere.

Houston Pit $499 plus fees was $631. Chicago Pit $550 plus fees was $613. Weird that fees in Houston were double those in Chicago. If I’m wrong, someone please correct me.

the app is showing a qr-code now

I literally got an email from AXS saying my tickets have been delivered to the AXS App. I'll be honest, I bought 1 $184 ticket. Maybe mine is irrelevant to the big picture (not a pit) so it went thru??

I just received an email that the (2 Chicago) tickets were delivered to my account. They’re not in the account, however. Credit card has been charged, but has not been refunded.

I've gotten no email, but my credit card has been refunded. We had fun.

Someone mentioned the ticket was in his account with a transferable QR code so if people (scalpers) did this and sold them to someone else before the cancelation what happens? Has the new buyer lost their money? (No I did not participate in this in any way, only curious)

Logged into my AXS account now. Ticket and order is still there; not just that, it's been updated from "issued" to "converted" and "downloaded". Shipping status updated to "shipped". Are some of the orders going thru, and others not? Seems strange. But they sure needed a test before next week... It's going to be chaos if this is a taste of what we can expect when the general sale starts.

And just now: Email saying "Your tickets were delivered to your account! YOUR TICKETS ARE HERE! Good news – your tickets are in your account. To use your tickets, all you need is the AXS mobile app"

What a shitshow

I still have my tix. No refunds. Additional communication says tix delivered and ready in app. So far so good.

I'm wondering why some are getting cancel and refund, and others get delivered their tickets with bar code. Two theories: I chose to have a ticket insurance. And I remember from cancelled shows in 2020 that refund for tickets paid for by MasterCard went fairly fast and easy, but it was a bit more hassle with VISA. Now I paid with VISA. Maybe that's got something to do with it, I don't know.

Got an email saying I've been refunded. Slightly annoying if others are getting tickets. I mean I'm happy for you obviously, but

I'm away from my computer til tomorrow so can't actually check my AXS account.

I bought a seat. Is the variable for who gets refunded seating versus standing???
