The title 'Bite My Head Off' makes me think of Alice Cooper's song 'I'll Bite Your Face Off'.

This song is a tribute to the early work of The Rolling Stones, and had been a live favourite before being recorded for Welcome 2 My Nightmare. "This is my tip-of-the-hat to early Rolling Stones," said Alice. "Like in 1964/65 when their songs were very Chuck Berry orientated. They just feel so good, in the pocket. This song was begging to be in the live show. We've done it in four different continents now and no one had ever heard it. By the second chorus, the whole audience is singing 'I'll Bite Your Face Off.' It's the perfect little 3 minute hit single."

Apparently, qobuz version is a clean one. Censored part is at 0.32.

Before 0.32 there is another blank :

0.20 : 'Why you get so pissed off?'

0.32 : 'Actin' such a jerk off'

I don't know how many words are censored on the album on Qobuz and Apple Music.
2023 : The Rolling Stones are still censored!

EDIT : Qobuz is selling two different Hi-res albums, one with this song censored, the other one uncensored.
The song is one second shorter on the censored album.

There're also 2 releases on Spotify (and maybe some other streaming services):

One with the 'Explicit' warning at 'Bite My Head Off' [3:31] - [open.Spotify.com] - and then the clean version [3:30] - [open.Spotify.com] .

The explicit Lyrics:

This is the worst song on the album. It consists of at best 4 or 5 notes repeated ad nauseam, over and over, until you want to scream and say STOP! It sounds like something a teenage boy might compose for his garage band, in the sixties, in order to impress his girl friend.

I like all of the other songs though.

Punchy little number isn't it.

Mick's snarly vocal approach works very well on this one.

I realize that this may sound weird, but every time I listen to this I want to hear horns on this track (thinking Beatles Savoy Truffle style horn lines). Still, love the energy on this one quite a bit.

Not the most subtle of tracks, but don't they make a lovely noise!

Yeah, a track with a lot of energy !

As a side note, is it me or would Macca have reasons to be slightly annoyed that Ronnie keeps going on and on about the fact that Macca was like a little boy, all pumped to come play with them ? I guess Ronnie thinks it's a good story and has really thought about it too much...

This is the song I enjoy theleast on HD
The stones doing punk are good while the guitars are cleaner (see "respectable") and much closer to "their" sound. Here's too much overdrive, modern-rock sounding guitars. McCartney adds practically nothing besides his very publicized fuzz bass solo.
Very foo fighters kind of tune. Not my cup of tea.

Wow Kid Kilowatt

How miserable it must be to not enjoy a song for what it is, rather than what it’s not? I hope that never happens to me.

It’s only Rock N roll

So I thought this early snippet might have been used for BMHO, but nope
[www.youtube.com]

It doesn't sound that remarkable now that we have all these great songs and hooks on HD !

Hey, he's got the One Hit To The Body 12" framed and on the wall!
It seems to me that the cover in the frame misses the title and the group’s name. Maybe, it’s the original artwork by Francesco Clemente…

Does Paul play all of the bass in the song or just that fuzz bass and a Stone plays the bass line? I read the story where Watt gave Paul the fuzz bass and he played it and went “wow!” (or something like that). It almost sounds like whatever Paul played when he first picked it up was just looped and inserted into the song as a gimmick: a Beatle on a Stones song! I’m not a musician and don’t know a lot about musical instruments so I don’t know if there’s two different bass guitars in the song or just Paul playing one bass guitar throughout the entire song. I hope it’s Paul playing one bass guitar during the whole song.

Just read the Watt interview on the other thread and he said Paul activated the super fuzz switch during the song. So that answers my question.

Paul's contribution lifts the song, the idea with the distorted bass makes things interesting, although the song itself is rather much ado about nothing, a bit much boring noise.
