Were this another band I just would have cancelled everything. I can't believe how poor the distribution by Universal has been. A lot of us ordered this stuff t he first day, Sep 6.

It's not like they couldn't have figured out the demand, or should have been able to figure out demand to at least fill their orders from the first day.

I agree. It has been incredibly poor overall, and I can't believe how long it's taking for some of this stuff to arrive, or in your case, ship even!!

I am still waiting for my Amazon order of this album, not even shipped yet

My Paul Smith is at least in Australia according to tracking on DHL. But where? Who knows. Might be in Perth where I am, might be in Broken Hill…

Part of my Bravado cleared customs at JFK in NYC on 10/30. I live up in the Adirondacks, in upstate NY. I could have WALKED down to JFK to pick it up by now!!!! That's the last known update on the website.

Great news, treacle!!

Finally got my Bravado order today. German poster is ruined like the normal poster from UDiscover. Box was crushed and looked like it'd been thru a few rounds with a staircase!!! Hoping they'll send out a new one like UDiscover did!

Finally got the KidSuper CD and K7.
Universal sent them in a crappy envelope as thin as a packet of cookies.
The CD case is cracked on both sides...

I received the cassette today also. Envelope thin, luckily cassette case was intact.

Still waiting ! Today is the last day for delivery according to CS...after that I need to contact them for "the next step", a refund I suppose.

On man I'm sorry to hear and I DO feel you treacle.. I think it may have been you who caught my post about my not fretting over this with state of the world etc, but I've come into your camp.. Our money is real and tho I have received two items I have yet to receive the bulk of my order (all ordered on day 1) and they have stopped responding to my emails, like a slap in the face with this company.
