Interesting question. I'd throw Johnny Carson into the conversation. 30+ years of being in everyone in North America's living room, in the days of 3 networks, is a lot of laughs.

In MY world, I can safely say that Mick has brought the most joy in so many ways it's impossible to describe. Everyone goes through personal struggles, no escaping that...and facing ones' mortality...all of this has been made a bit easier because of Mick Jagger ( & The Rolling Stones. )The best I can do is to say THANK YOU and that is lame, I know, considering the impact he's had on my life.
