Is this immersive experience only happening in France? 360° view……Tickets are expensive at 70 euro.

I think that looks really interesting. Did anyone who went to Hyde Park notice any 'special' filming.

70 Euro may be a lot of money ... but it's less than a decent concert ticket, and as these chaps are not touring at the moment.....

I'd go if it was local to me.

I seem to remember discussions here that 3D cameras had been spotted on location (I filmed quite a few songs with my Panasonic 3D1 and shared them on YouTube but they got copyright strikes). It doesn't seem to be a 3D experience here though.

There's an article about it here [www.sortiraparis.com] - We'll have to wait for some user feedback !

Pricing appears to be "dynamic" and I've seen prices as "low" as 40€.

At Exhibitionism they had 3D screenings of Satisfaction from Hyde Park which confirms the 3D filming, it's a shame they chose not to release Sweet Summer Sun as a 3D blu-ray, as the 3D footage of Satisfaction looked great and was a fun way to relive memories of being there. It will be interesting to find out more about this experience, given we already know they were opted to film in 3D, perhaps they also experimented with omnidirectional cameras too.

Is there any place I could download your Panasonic 3D1 footage (such as the Stones Vault?) I would love to give those videos a view!

Well I have them...somewhere ! I'll go looking and I'll upload them on mega if I find them.

EDIT - well that was quick, you've got mail ;-)

Just went yesterday night
that's quite impressive but very expensive
It's NOT in 3D
it's a "round" screen playing the same video on the 4 "sides".
there are also projections on the ground and mirror on the ceiling.
It's a immersion and you can feel as if you're (almost) on stage.
Price depends on demand i guess, from 40 euros up to 75 on Saturday nights
It's only on Thursdays, fridays and saturdays
Here are some pics and a video on ROCKERPARIS
