I'm starting to notice that at most shows now a days (at least in Vancouver), any of the first four seats closest to the aisles are now called preferred seating and they charge an extra $20 or so! Not sure if this is a Ticketmaster thing or a band thing. I think I vented about this on the ticketmaster thread.

Hmm, only started seeing it last year, nothing pre-covid. I actually always try to get aisle seats as close to the entrance/exit as possible.

LiveNation's $25 seats are on the amphitheater lawns or the arena ceilings. You're in the door so L/N and the venue can sell you beer and parking. THAT'S the business they are in - not the music biz. They gave that up a long tie ago.
