There was a request for this little show a while back & the Cops & Robbers thread seems to be at a standstill so I've taken the liberty of upping these 4 songs.

In case you don't know the history, this was an early English attempt at stereo, one channel was broadcast on radio, the other on tv, on 9 May 1964. Shows recorded @ the Camden Theatre, London, on 19 Mar 1964, Long John Baldry doing the intros. That's him doing the intro on the cd version of Got Live...

I tried upping these as 1 zip file but I kept getting cut off so here they are separately. I've ripped these from the cd Beat Beat Beat at the Beeb, & they're in very nice stereo.

Do you have any other rarities from this era you can share? It's tough to find songs from 63-66 that have great sound like these songs do.

Thanks a lot Vox12 string. I have Cops and Robbers on an old vinyl boot, so its great to have the other songs as well. It has always been one of my favourite Stones live-tracks, Brian's harp at it's best!!

Beat Beat Beat at the Beeb has all the BBC recordings from this era, I got my version from Dime. I've also got some live stuff from Ready Steady Go that doesn't seem to be on any boots but I'm busy d/l a couple of nice current concerts so it'll have to wait for a bit.
