Good interview, though the interviewer was a bit cheeky asking if Mick and Keith are "speaking right now".

It could only be Carol, the sun is shining, I'm yours and I'm hers or Down Home Girl. It doubt it's any of those.

I think he means Mothers Little Helper as this was played in the 60s and was rehearsed a lot Düring the last weeks. Out of time hasn't been played before according to Mick so I doubt Chuck means that Song.

I think I’m Free was on the live album Stripped in ‘95.

It didn't. But as mentioned above, Chuck might have gotten the year wrong.
