Mine is still "in transit" at the customs.

Gonna take some time to flatten out, but I was shocked. Really expected it to ship flat.

Small creases in it.. going to try to see about replacement but thinking not very likely.

I know this was a limited item, so they may not have it to replace. But I had two lithographs that were very damaged (fine in a frame but not great). Messaged through the UMG site and they just issued a refund for them. I figured why send another damaged item, so would rather have the money and two free (if a little worse for wear and tear) lithos.

Not sure how bad yours is, but both the lithos and package were in terrible condition for mine.

I consider myself lucky then!!! I don’t see any scratches on mine. Can’t wait to get it framed!!!

they definitely don't package their posters/lithos like professionals would. Should be in a reasonably thick tube and then placed inside of a triangle box. A lot of people in the poster collecting hobby will even send items in a thick pvc tube. One tube is bound to get crushed at a sorting facility.

Mine was shipped in a square shaped rectangular box…..

that's how they shipped my recent tour poster order, too... in a 1mm thick tube... thankfully I got lucky and it didn't get crushed in the post.

Does anyone know where can I get bandana that was sold in Milan?
Haven't seen it in official store, but maybe I have misses something.

Damn. Very sorry for your damaged product! That is exactly how mine shipped - same shaped box, but brown. No inner tube.

In all seriousness, that sucks. I've had that happen with many items, mostly vinyl albums or crushed CD's.

Ya that blows, terrible packaging.. I've had albums arrive from them damaged and they send an entire new album that arrives just as damaged as well.

I've started tagging companies on twitter when stuff like this happens, seems to "kinda" get their attention

Been buying from Merchbar for years as well.
This -limited time to order- poster wouldn't have ever made it to their site.

Merchbar doesn't stock anything, everything ships from the same warehouse I believe.

For what its worth.. excellent service by the official store/UMG on the damaged poster.
Money refunded within two days of contacting them, and uploading pics etc.

I got lucky, the creases are very small and barely noticeable now once framed.

The USA store has SIXTY merch on sale 25% until midnight Nov 2nd and there's a bunch of No Filter 2021 & 2019 60% off, if anyone's looking for that overpriced piece of merch at a reduced price.

Those numbers are not IOSS - that one I am searching is in format IMxxxxxxxx - Fedex claims that without this number I have to pay VAT again and they don't care that VAT was included in order value. Stupidity level max.

Maybe it's best to contact the UK RS-Shop (Help & Support -> Contact Us) about the 12-digit IOSS number (can't find any at the moment). There was also a discussion about double-payed VAT - [iorr.org] .

Of course I contacted them, but no reply. I thought that maybe some Iorr members might know this number. Anyway it will not help in my case - because Fedex claims that because of fact that this IOSS number was not on Invoice I will have to pay VAT twice.
So another question: Has anyone got a VAT refund from UK Store? Because it is the only way not to pay VAT twice.

Yep - without IOSS, the alternative seems to be to pay VAT twice and then to try to get a refund from the UK-Shop.

I concur with others on here: The Stones shop has gone downhill..

Just received my latest litho in that same crap flimsy boxy thing (no tube), litho is not only crimped and bent, but seems to be a knock-off compared to quality of my other lithos (blurry image like it was rephotographed)

but sounds like it does little good to contact them as replacements are arriving damaged as well
