First of all, I appreciate people trying to document the guitars of the Stones. However...
I watched 5 -10 minutes..while he was talking about the Get Your Ya Ya's Out era. He stated that the album cover photograph with Charlie has the '59 Les Paul that Mick Taylor bought from Keith (in '68 and the other guitar was supposedly the Dan Armstrong prototype.
1/ the '59 Les Paul had a Bigsby on it and it was on the guitar as of July 1969 for the Hyde Park concert and there is a picture of Keith playing it at MSG in November '69 with the Bigsby on it. Of course it's possible that the Bigsby was removed between Nov 69 and when the photos were taken for the GYYYO cover in February 1970...other websites say the GYYYO Les Paul is a '58 Standard with no pickup covers and original Kluson tuners...
2/ the guitar in Charlie's right hand looks a lot more like a Fender bass than a guitar based on the size of the tuning posts visible...
But what do I know...
