It's on Rocks Off. Is it any good. It has loads of seeders so I decided to give it a go.

Im at about 75% right now.

Some guy was selling a Miami DVD on here a while back. Claimed it was filmed with a tripod and excellent (of course, he was SELLING it!). Could be the same one.

So far, my favorite is the MSG video. The guy had 2 cameras going and the editing was great!

I will post a Miami DVD review as soon as it's complete!

Tripod on screen would be awesome.

Yeah, that would essentially be a pro-shot! Sometimes you get weird lines and distortion from video of a screen, but if there is a way around that, that would be the best way to bootleg a show!

Well, not bad. The picture is very sharp and clear, and there are a lot of close ups. I dont think there is a tripod involved..kind of wobbly at times, but the picture excellent for this type of recording.

As for the sound...not so good. Distant and sludgy like a mediocre aud. recording.

The performance, based on what I have seen, is superb! Rain Fall Down and Midnight Rambler back to back really works! Joss Stone is hot, but I'm not too keen on guest stars.

If the sound was better this would be the best DVD from the tour so far!

Hope that helps, I haven't seen the whole thing, but it was worth the download!

I can go into more detail when I get the chance to see it all, that was really just a heads up on the quality of the recording. I recommend it!

Now that I have seen more of it, there are some long segments where it appears to be locked on the video screen with a tripod along with the usual homegrown camera work.

This is an exceptional audience recording, I wish the sound was a little better, but it is quite listenable!

This was filmed by Marc S who lives in Pembroke Pines which is a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale...he films and sells a lot of shows under the RavingStark name...one week after he filmed this show his home was nearly destroyed by hurricane Wilma...the guy he uses to put a title menu and chapters on his DVD's lost his home completely...Marc just got his power back on this week a month after the storm.

I bought this DVD off of ebay,I live in Ft.lauderdale and it was sent to me from Pembroke Pines, a suburb just a ten mile drive from my house.
It was shot from a hand held cam up in the rafters with a good zoom. He shot the video screen for parts of the show and the sound is not that great. The band did have a great show but I have to belive there is a better shot show out there.

Hey, Mr D.

Is it the same RavingStark or Mad Ravingstark who provided so many Who dvds to trader groups?

Just curious.
