Hi everybody, i'm Thierry From Belgium.
My LD tickets were canceled too just a few minutes after 5.00Pm. i have sent immediatly a mail to ticketmaster but the opening hours office are from mondy to FRIDAY until 5.00PM.
So i don't expect a reply before monday (too late)
I have contacted greenjouse talent, the organizer of the event and i've just got an email from them but i'm not satisfied about their reply which is "go to the desk at the green entrance and you will get your tickets).
So it seems a bit confused and i'm very disappointed as it is the first time it happens to me. Never got problem like this with ld tickets during the last 2 tours.
Maybe more we are and more chance we will be heard :
Send a mail in dutch, english or french to [email protected] and explain your situation. More mails she will get this evening more chance we have not to face problems at the desk on monday.
