Correction BV the Stones cancelled Hanging Rock in November 2014 due to Mick's issues with his voice I think largely bought on by bad sinus which Melb is known for in spring. I was most annoyed as that is in Melb where I live!!

You and your guest must pick up the tickets in person from the Box Office located in front of GATE 7. Please search for “Ritiro Lucky Dip” window.
Box Office pick-up time starts at 4pm.
Your picture ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used to make the purchase are required for pick-up. You will not be permitted to pick up your tickets without these three (3) items.
Once you and your guest have the tickets in hand, you may be escorted directly into the venue. There may not be an opportunity to leave with your tickets before going into the show.
If we suspect any reselling or transfer of these tickets they will be immediately voided, and you will not be entitled to any refund.
