I had a similar experience in 2018 when I bought tickets for Prague. Coupled the language issues with currency exchange between Czech Koruna and $. That was fun in the middle of the night…

It all worked out though.

I had my ticketone account already established, and w my USA address the delivery was automatically selected as Express option… so did my order for Bern thru ticketcorner… one of them stated delivery within 20 days, which would be great!

I am skeptical though after UK gigs in 2018 changed international orders to will call, at least for Coventry and Manchester. No refunds for the shipping costs were ever issued and only Manchester informed me of the change by email…

But it all worked out, and I am confident 2022 will also!!

Saw that in ticketmaster italia :
Each entry ticket must state the name and surname of the actual participant at the event. If the name and surname do not match with the attendee's identity document, the ticket will not be valid

So same stupid ID check at the grid as we had in Barcelona with officias unable to read strangers names ... Nice time to come.

in Oneticket' you need to put TAX number, otherwise it doesnt allo to proceed with payment. how to overcome it?
(yes, I placed my country of origin and it is supposed to be fine, but it's not).

Any idea?

Try EE1, it says to use that if your country doesn't have one. I'm in the US and EE1 worked for me.

Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.

I'm in. Got a Bigger Bang Package and it was a painless process. I like Italy and the Stones.

I pulled Milan LDs a few times - got to almost the end of process and it would not confirm - tried two different credit cards. From US. Not sure why there was a problem. Had no problem getting LDs for Stockholm, Paris, and Lyon. Hope Gelsenkirchen works in an hour.

Maybe for the best. I'll start this tour in London, instead of Milan; then return to Europe for last four concerts.

that happened to me with Milan as well, i even called my credit card company and they said it was not them refusing it, that it was the vendor. I finally used paypal and was able to make the purchase.

Can still pull LD, surprising. But I guess they have to fill the seats miles away in this layout.
