Judging by our drier-than-dry sounding jobs, it's a good thing we have the Stones to think about or we would all die of boredom. And believe me, I'm including myself in that assessment!

I wouldn't have thought that there was a lot of money in that kind of work.

I've always said that Gazza's a stand-up guy, but I wouldn't want to shake his hand.

By the way, I'm a consultant in the areas of innovation, strategy and organizational change and development. Formerly I taught at university in the areas of English, Film, and Writing. I couldn't find a tenure-track job in academe so ten years ago I answered a small ad in a paper looking for someone who could navigate through the internet as a researcher. I went from teaching a course on Film Noir and the detective film one week to working on a strategic plan for an aerospace company the next. So far, ten years later, no one's caught on that I don't have a clue what I'm talking about . . . except for T&A, Gazza, and Leonard.

I run my own chauffeur company here in London. Just a small setup, myself with some casual help from other drivers when I need it.

Early this year (march I think) I had the pleasure of driving L'Wren Scott in London for a couple of hours. I have to say, she was a pain in the arse.

That was a blast, they kind of thing that's so much fun you can't believe you're getting paid to do it:
Some of the films were

Touch of Evil
Kiss Me Deadly
The Killing
Double Indemnity
Bound (Wachowskis) and . . .

Great flick, I've used that in previous years. It's got Bacall as well.
Ever seen Out of the Past, with Mitchum?

By the way, the box in Kiss Me Deadly shows up again in Pulp Fiction, Tarantino's great at recycling. Gotta catch a plane, ciao.

BDM/Sales Mgr for an automotive supplier- work from the home and can definitely relate to "Splattered's" no business politics although I think I observe/encounter plenty of political circumstances on this forum for sure.

I wouldn't mind having Gazza's gig as a part time weekend slot - although my handicap is atrocious!
