#4 Paul McCartney
#5 Rod Stewart
#6 Mick Hucknall ( Simply Red)
#7 Roger Daltry

Besides Jagger...

Chris Cornell, can't believe nobody has mentioned him. maybe the best voice and most range of any singer I have ever heard.

Shannon Hoon, what Janis Joplin would have sounded like if she was a guy.

Robert Plant, in his younger days.

Jim Morrison, love his deep trans-like voice.

Ian Anderson, most unique voice along with Geddy Lee/

Virgil and Barcelona (and anyone else who enjoys Levon Helm):

Just pulled out the Scotty Moore/DJ Fontana disc "All The King's Men" from 1997.

Track One, "Deuce And A Quarter" is a swingin' duet between Keith & Levon--and features the rest of the reunited Band.

A pair a real gone cats, those two. Very cool recording.

Need to add -

Otis and John Fogerty to my list, which was Rod Stewart. The guy with big lips has a little talent, too.

Fogerty must be mentioned in any discussion of "blue-eyed soul."

"Long As I Can See The Light" is incredible.

They've all been mentioned, my favourites (Jagger, Chris Robinson, Fogerty, Redding, Waters, etc), but I'm really surprised only one of you wrote down the name of Solomon Burke!! He's one of the greatest voices ever!

Rockman: congrats for not forgetting hundreds of pounds of great soul!
