So I gotta ask, what is new in any of these? They basically sound like every outtake bootleg I have ever heard. Anything here truly worthy of listening to all the way through?

I actually did - and discovered nothing new under the sun...huge and therefore annoying level differences between tracks...lotsa stuff that's not even in the best available sound quality... So what's the fuss about all these "complete sessions" posts?

Already did, Rockman, hence my asking the question. Sounds like retired dawg has the same reaction I had, so maybe there is something to it.

Just somebody trying to make a few bucks off the Stones with a YouTube channel. These are dime a dozen.

That first Shine A Light is funky. It's really good.

Best rock and roll song this (or any) band ever did, ever. Contains everything the Stones ever did as well as they ever did it.

Kick me like you did before
I can't even feel the pain no more

Cool to hear the Stones trying out ”Leather Jacket” which eventually ended up on Mick Taylor’s 1979 solo album.

What has Leather Jacket to do with the Exile sessions?

Interesting that Keith is playing the lead guitar on it, btw.

Keith Richards is not credited on "Leather Jacket" as recorded on the album called "Mick Taylor" (1979).

They were playing it, a rough unfinished version, during these sessions?

Never heard, thanks. Quite relaxed for Rolling Stones standards.
