Being a lead vocalist of a band how can he do background vocals at same time.I mean Jagger in SOL.

As andy js already said, these days there are multitrack tape machines with as much as 96 tracks stereo, and if you do it on a computer with Pro-Tools or such, you get even more. Still, it's the singer, not the song ;-)
