Anybody know ??


1) They have soundcheck in the PM, when, .... about 300 to 4PM ??



THEN...

2A) Do they hang around the stadium in various green rooms and backstage party rooms/sleep rooms, and wait for concert start at 9 PM

2 They head wherever each of them wants, in separate vehicles... dinner/sleep, whatever, and re-group at the stadium (see below) at what time ?

2C) They Do B, but usually together as a group, or in a few different groups, then meet up back at the stadium at what time ??



3) If they leave after soundcheck, what time do they return to the venue ? How do they return usually.... vans or limos or ?? Often coming from their hotel or ??


Regardless of 2a,b, or c, do they have much of a backstage space or do they just blow into the venue in a cavalcade and then head out of there before the fireworks start ?

What's the backstage setup like ???

I spoke with Ron's limo driver in Durham. He said before the show the band was holed up in an off-site dressing room (which is strange because their hotel was just right across the street from the venue) and as they arrived at the show, they got out, the stadium lights dimmed and they went right on stage. No waiting around. They left Durham in white vans which pulled up right behind the stage, right after the encore. In Pittsburgh, they had to walk down some marked path for a while before going through a door presumably to their cars. i think its so funny that they put on the white robes over their clothes.

I once had the chance, in Vigo (1998 or 1999) to see them going to the stadium. They went three hours or so before the concert and all of them went toguether, although in different cars, and with a lot of police around. I remeber seeing Keith and Charlie in one van. There were some mercedes too...

Yeah, whats the reason for the robes ? to keep warm ? must have some health function after what is an almost 2-hour aerobic workout.

That's very funny... but there's absolutely no reason to believe it's true. Some lines in there are hilarious, though!

Here was the deal in Miami:

1. Charlie was picked up at the hotel at 2:30 pm and taken to the venue in a black towncar with dark windows.

2. Ronnie left the hotel at 2:35 in a black towncar, then stopped at a 7-11 before being let out a block before the venue and walked the rest of the way drinking from a bottle in a brown paper bag (We can't confirm this).

3. Keith left the hotel at 2:45 in a black towncar,did the drive thru at Burger King and was the taken to the venue after one more stop at Guitar Center.

4. Mick left right after Keith in same type of towncar,stopped at a well known strip club,stayed about 30 min.,then left for the venue.

Each car had a police escort...except Ronnie,he showed up with a couple of panhandlers with there own bottles in brown paper sacks imitating a police siren. After the sound check they all left with Mick and went back to the strip club,panhandlers in tow. We thought we heard the band playing a set inside but have not read the revue on this board.

Didn't Darrly Jones hit the drive thru with Keith?
