What can I do about the Detroit lucky dip tickets I got by mistake, I was trying for Atlanta lucky dips and click on Atlanta but after paying for them it turned out to be Detroit lucky dip. No way I can make it, will Ticketmaster help with this?

My friend who had this same problem, Ticketmaster told him they would give him a refund for Detroit but would not transfer the tickets to Charlotte (which is what he wanted, before the glitch sent him to Detroit). He's pretty pissed. He also said they were only giving him until tonight to get the refund.

I just spoke with TM and they said they won't refund my Detroit error.. Guessing it depends who you talk to, or do they all follow same protocol ?

It's not your error it's ticketbastard, I recorded a video showing THEIR f* up.

Everyone who bought Lucky Dip tickets better look at your confirmation.

I'll bet there are MANY people from MANY cities that don't know they have Detroit tickets!

If TM refuses to refund (if not make it right and give you the correct tickets) provide the link to your credit card and do a charge back.

I just got LD tickets for Vancouver took me a total of 5 minutes simple.

I'm good too. I had to change my billing address to US.

By the time they made the SD LD link live, I was way back in the queue and now, every time I try, I make my selection and beat you to it

Well I got about 10 bites and just as my hopes were raised, it kept saying another fan beat me to it. Bollocks! No US Tour for me then!

I have an extra pair of LD for St. Louis if anyone is interested.

Both Jess and I scored Lucky Dips for San Diego! So we will be there with our guests, we won't be there together but we will be there! Was almost as exciting as getting the Pits for Vancouver, as the demand is so high here! What a rush!

Well it took half an hour, 2000+ in front of me, I had to get a text number to put in, then fill in a Capcha twice, but amazingly I got two for Vancouver!

A question I have though does anyone who has experience with the lucky dips doe the section and seat matter that they assign you when you chose your LD's mean anything or is it all a random ticket assignment? I think it is random but just seeing if anyone knows from prior experiences.

The section/seats don’t matter at all from my experience. I think they have to assign some seat to it for technical reasons or so the ticket can be easily identified, but at the end they’ll hand you a random white envelope from a large box.

Vancouver was NOT sold out, we got our 2nd pair of LDs at 10:55

Have 4 LDs and 4 GAs to Vancouver between two people, lol.


DONE buying...starting drinking!

Tried calling Ticketmaster, to find out what is going on with the Detroit Lucky Dips mix up. Hung up. I was on hold for 15 mins waiting.

Anyone else call?
