Well, that's assuming you can actually login. Everytime I try to register as a new user, it gives me a bunch of crap about being maxed out on the number of users. Yet another reason why I hate downloading online.

Just be patient and try over and over again, it does last sometime until you'll get an account, but it's worth waiting, believe me!!!

That has nothing to do with downloading online, it's just that that particular site has a cap on the limit of users. If you can't register, then it should be on the Rocks Off tracker in a few days' time: [rollingstones.kicks-ass.org]
