Is this considered a bootleg?

I have a vinyl EP from 1991 called Ruby Tuesday. It has 4 live songs on it - Ruby Tuesday, Play With Fire, YCAGWYW and Rock And A Hard Place. Despite being released on their official label, could it be considered a boot due to the fact that it's rare and hard to find? I've always wondered about just what exactly makes a bootleg a bootleg.smiling smiley

a bootleg is an un-authorized release of a studio or live recording

Thank you Leonard! So I guess I just have an officially released, hard to find 4 live song EP. What really sucks is that all the songs except Play With Fire were released on that live album of live albums - Flashpoint! lmaosmiling smiley
